ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZATION OF THE COMPETITION

 

This contest is organized by : Our Lady of Gifts, catholicconvert, catholic_theology, thecatholicwarrior, and catholic_guardians

 

This contest is organized as a contest for the best picture. 

 

It is not organized or sponsored by Facebook, Google, Twitter, Apple or Microsoft.

The personal data collected in the context of this contest is intended for the organizing companies and not for Facebook, Google, Twitter, Apple or Microsoft.

 

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

 

This free contest is open to any natural person over the age of majority, with internet access and a valid email address, and residing in the following countries: United States and Canada, with the exception of employees of the organizing company and their families, as well as all persons who participated in the development of the contest.

 

The mere fact of participating in the Contest implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.

 

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

 

To participate in the contest, you must submit a photo of your nativity scene on the internet via the following form:

 

Only one entry per person - same name, same surname, same email address - is allowed during the entire Contest Period.

 

The contest being accessible on the Instagram platform, Facebook will not be held responsible in case of litigation related to the Contest. Facebook is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the operation. The personal data collected during the contest are intended for the organizing company.

                                                           

As the Game is accessible on a cell phone (Smartphone), Apple, Microsoft, Google or any other mobile application platform will not be held responsible in the event of a dispute related to the contest.

 

ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

 

The submitted photos will then be published on the instagrame accounts of the organizers who will choose 7 finalists according to the number of I like received and their judgments.

 

The 7 photos of the finalists will then be submitted to the vote. The person who gets the most votes on their photo will get the prize.

 

 

ARTICLE 5 – ENDOWMENT

 

Every person who enters the contest will receive a $5 gift card from Ourladyofgifts.com.

 

The winner will receive a $50 gift card, a rosary from Catholic-Gardians .

 

The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before awarding the prize. Prizes may not be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company shall not be held liable for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners.

 

In case of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to cancel the prizes won without compensation.

 

ARTICLE 6 - IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

 

Participants authorize verification of their identity and all information on the entry form. Entries that are not fully completed and/or contain incomplete or false contact information will not be considered and will result in disqualification of the entry.

 

Likewise, failure to comply with these rules and regulations, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of its terms, will result in the outright elimination of the entry.

 

ARTICLE 7 - MODIFICATION OF THE DATES OF THE GAME AND EXTENSION OF THE NUMBER OF PRIZES

 

The organizing company shall not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control if it were to cancel this Game. It also reserves the right to extend or limit the period of participation, to postpone it or to modify the conditions of participation, for which it shall not be held liable.

 

Additions and changes to these rules may be published during the course of the Game. They will be considered as annexes to these rules. Any change will be the subject of prior information by any appropriate means after the amendment has been filed with the bailiff's office responsible for depositing these rules.

 

ARTICLE 8 - USE OF THE IDENTITY OF THE WINNERS

 

Your personal data is processed by the Organizing Body, acting as recipient and data controller, in accordance with the applicable Canadian and US data protection regulations.

 

 

By completing the form and sending the documents required to ensure your participation in our game, you consent to us processing and collecting your personal data. The personal data collected is mandatory. If you do not provide the required data, you will not be able to participate in the game.

 

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

 

ARTICLE 9 – RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking and risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. The organizing company declines all direct or indirect liability in the event of misuse or any incident related to the use of the computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or malfunction of the Game servers, telephone line or any other technical connection, or the sending of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.

It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect his or her own data and/or software stored on his or her computer equipment from any attack.

 

The organizing company shall make its best efforts to allow access to the Game. The organizing company may, at any time, in particular for technical reasons, updates, maintenance, interrupt access to the site and the Game. The organizing company shall in no way be liable for these interruptions and their consequences. No compensation may be claimed in this respect.

 

In addition, the responsibility of the organizing company shall not be held liable in the event of delivery problems or loss of postal or electronic mail (in particular with regard to the delivery of prizes). Any prize sent by the organizing company to a winner that is unclaimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services will be lost to the winner and will remain the property of the organizing company. The organizing company shall not be held responsible for the malfunctioning of the Internet network, nor for any delay, loss or damage resulting from the postal and management services.

 

ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL, LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

The images used on the Game site, the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and the databases that make up the Game site are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced or used without their written authorization, under penalty of civil and/or criminal prosecution.
